These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this Website and participation in programs provided by Enable Institute. By using this Website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website immediately.
1. Definitions and Interpretation
In this Agreement:
Account: the personal information and login credentials used to access services.
Content: training materials, templates, guides, videos, text, and other resources provided by Enable Institute.
Programs: the training, coaching, mentorship, retreats, memberships, and other offerings made available by Enable Institute, whether delivered online, in person, or in a hybrid format.
Services: all training programs, software platform access, retreats, digital content, and community access provided by Enable Institute.
User / You: any person using this Website or participating in programs.

We / Us / Our: Enable Institute, a company incorporated in the United States of America.
2. Age Restrictions
Users must be at least 18 years old to enroll in programs.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 All Content on the Website, unless uploaded by Users, is the property of Enable Institute or its licensors.
3.2 You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or re-use Website material without permission unless permitted by law.
3.3 All content provided in Enable Institute programs is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may use materials only for personal learning and in accordance with program guidelines.
3.4 Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of materials with non-enrolled individuals is prohibited unless expressly authorized.
4. Links to Other Websites
The Website may contain links to other sites. Unless stated, these are not under Enable Institute’s control. We accept no responsibility for their content or use.
5. Use of Communications Facilities
Users must not use our System unlawfully, abusively, or for spam. Enable Institute may monitor communications and retains the right to moderate or remove content.
6. Accounts and Termination
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep login credentials secure. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by you sharing credentials. Enable Institute may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion for misuse or violation of these Terms. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.
7. Community & Third-Party Platforms
We may provide access to LMS, community forums, chat groups, or third-party platforms as part of your enrollment. Your participation must comply with our guidelines and the terms of those third-party services. Enable Institute is not responsible for downtime, data handling, or actions taken by those platforms.
8. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Your order is a contractual offer. A binding agreement occurs when we send a confirmation email. Payment is due at the time of order or according to the plan selected. You agree to pay all fees for the Programs you purchase, including any applicable taxes or payment processing fees, in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase.
If you select a payment plan, you understand and agree that you are responsible for all agreed‑upon payments in full, regardless of whether you complete or fully participate in the Program, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.
If any payment is reversed, charged back, or returned unpaid, Enable Institute may immediately suspend or revoke your access to the applicable Program and all related services until all outstanding amounts are paid in full.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
All sales are final. Except where required by applicable law, we do not offer refunds after purchase, including for change of mind, non‑use, or dissatisfaction with the Program.

Specific policies by program type:
Training and Coaching Programs / Workshops / Memberships: No refunds. However, we may, at our sole discretion, offer flexibility such as pausing, rescheduling, or issuing credit toward future programs.
Software Platform (Made to Enable Studio): Governed by separate Platform Terms of Service.
Retreats: No refunds. Payment is due only upon application approval. Transfers to another person or a future retreat may be available at our discretion. Contact us to discuss options.
Note: Any credits, transfers, or accommodations are offered at Enable Institute’s sole discretion in specific cases and do not create any obligation to provide similar accommodations in the future.
10. Program-Specific Terms
10.1 Training, Coaching & Mentorship Programs
Scope: Enable Institute offers various training, coaching, and mentorship programs including but not limited to: The Diagnostic, The Findable Expert, and private client engagements. Each program includes specific deliverables, access durations, and terms as communicated at the time of purchase.
Course Materials Access: Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, your access to any online course materials, recordings, templates, and other digital resources associated with a Program is provided only for so long as you remain an active member or your Program term is ongoing. When your membership or Program term ends, your access to those materials, communities, and any related platforms will end automatically, unless we expressly state otherwise in writing for a specific Program.
Community, Coaching & Support Access: Access to community forums, group coaching calls, async support threads, and other live or interactive elements is limited to the duration specified for each program. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the access duration for the program you purchased. Access to these elements may be delivered via third‑party platforms, and your ability to participate may depend on your maintaining accounts in good standing with those platforms.
Current access durations by program:
The Diagnostic (Cohort-Based): Access to async coaching and community as specified at the time of enrollment. Private Support includes extended access as specified at the time of purchase. The Diagnostic Toolkit is provided upon successful completion of all required projects and is retained permanently.
Brave By Design Retreat: Duration of retreat + 4 weeks after
Private Client Engagements: Duration as specified at the time of purchase
Access durations are subject to change for future purchases. The duration in effect at the time of your purchase applies to you. If you purchased a program not listed above, the access duration stated at the time of your purchase applies. If no duration was stated, access defaults to six (6) months from the date of purchase.
Voxer & Private Communication Channels: Some programs include access to Voxer or other private communication channels for direct coaching support. Access duration and availability are specified at the time of purchase and may differ from community or group coaching access.
Private Client & Done-For-You Services:
Private Client Engagements: Private client engagements include deliverables and timelines as specified at the time of purchase. Add-ons may be available depending on the engagement. Any specific terms communicated at the time of purchase apply to your engagement. Expert Engine includes: creation of your unique signature method, assessment funnel, discovery session script, LinkedIn and content recommendations, plus ongoing coaching and support for 3 to 6 months depending on package. Add-ons may include: one-page website and thought leader content.
Deliverables and timelines may vary based on the package purchased. Any specific terms communicated at the time of purchase apply to your engagement.
Participation: Some programs include projects, coaching calls, or community participation. You are responsible for completing work and attending scheduled sessions. Missed sessions are not refundable or reschedulable unless otherwise stated.
Recording of Live Sessions: Group coaching calls, Q&A sessions, and other live program elements may be recorded and made available as replays within the program community or learning platform. By participating in live sessions, you consent to being recorded. Recordings may capture your voice, name, questions, or comments. If you do not wish to be recorded, you may attend with your microphone off or submit questions in writing.
Community & Async Threads: Questions, discussions, and coaching shared in community forums or async threads may be visible to other program participants. While we make efforts to anonymize content when sharing examples or insights more broadly, we cannot guarantee complete anonymity. By participating, you acknowledge that your contributions may be seen by other enrolled members and that Enable Institute is not liable for how other participants may use or share information from these spaces. You grant Enable Institute a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use anonymized or aggregated versions of your questions, feedback, wins, and contributions for the purposes of improving our Programs and creating marketing or educational materials, provided that we will not publicly use your name, likeness, or identifying details without your separate consent.
Confidentiality Expectations: All program participants agree to treat fellow members' and instructors' questions, stories, feedback, and contributions as confidential. You may not share, screenshot, or reproduce other participants' or instructors' posts, comments, or advice outside of the program community without their explicit permission.
Guarantees: Certain programs may offer outcome-based guarantees subject to specific conditions stated at the time of purchase. Guarantees are fulfilled through continued support, coaching, or extended access — not through refunds. Guarantees apply only to the specific program and tier that explicitly includes them.
Legacy Lifetime Memberships: Lifetime access to any community or Program means access for as long as Enable Institute, in its sole discretion, continues to offer that community or Program in substantially similar form. Lifetime memberships do not include private coaching, mentorship, software access, or in-person events unless explicitly stated. Applies only to members who purchased the Lifetime Members deal before October 31, 2025.
10.2 Software Platform (Made to Enable Studio)
If you are an existing subscriber to the Enable Platform (formerly Made to Enable Studio), your use of the platform is governed by the Platform Terms of Service. By subscribing to or using the platform, you agree to be bound by those terms in addition to these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the Platform Terms of Service, the Platform Terms of Service shall govern with respect to your use of the platform.
10.3 Retreats (Brave By Design)
Application & Qualification: Retreat attendance is by application only. Payment is due only upon application approval. Enable Institute reserves the right to approve or deny attendance at our sole discretion to ensure the retreat environment is appropriate for all participants.
What's Included: Retreat fees include training, materials, and some lunches as specified on the retreat information page. Accommodations, travel, and other expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all retreat attendees purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as illness, flight cancellations, or other travel disruptions. Enable Institute is not responsible for any losses related to travel arrangements.
Transfers: Retreat fees are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another person (subject to application approval) or to a future retreat, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made at least 14 days before the retreat start date. All transfers are subject to Enable Institute's approval.
Assumption of Risk: Participation in retreat activities may involve physical, emotional, or other inherent risks. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Enable Institute and its facilitators. You are responsible for assessing your own fitness to participate.
Confidentiality: Retreat environments are intended to be safe, confidential spaces. Enable Institute does not capture or publish photos or videos of participants for promotional purposes without explicit written consent. Attendees agree not to photograph, record, or share images or stories of other participants without their permission.
Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to treat fellow participants, facilitators, and staff with respect. Enable Institute reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or otherwise inconsistent with the retreat environment, without refund.
11. Privacy
Use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy at www.enableinstitute.com/privacy.
12. Disclaimers
Programs and content are provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
Our Programs are educational and informational in nature and are intended to support your personal and professional development. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, mental‑health, or other professional advice, and your participation does not create a lawyer‑client, doctor‑patient, therapist‑client, or other licensed professional relationship with Enable Institute or any instructor, coach, or facilitator.
We do not guarantee any specific results, income, or client outcomes. Your success depends on your own actions, implementation, skills, and circumstances, as well as market conditions and other factors outside our control. Testimonials and examples are illustrative only and do not represent guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results. Individual outcomes vary.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms or modify services at any time. Continued use of the Website or participation in programs after changes indicates acceptance.
14. Availability of the Website
We aim for high uptime but accept no liability for interruptions beyond our control. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all devices, internet connections, software, and other equipment needed to access the Website and Programs. We are not responsible for any inability to access the Website or Programs caused by any third‑party service provider, platform, or your own equipment or connectivity issues, although we will use reasonable efforts to restore access where issues are within our control.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enable Institute and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website, Programs, or Platform.
In any case, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Website, Programs, or Platform shall be limited to, and shall not exceed, the fees you actually paid to Enable Institute for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16. No Waiver
Failure to enforce rights does not constitute waiver.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
18. Previous Terms
These Terms supersede any prior versions.
19. Communications

You agree that we may provide you with notices and other communications electronically (including by email or through the Website or Program platform), and that such electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
20. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, the Website, or the Programs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
